CPCS Sustainability Summary 2019 - 2020

CPCS is one of the largest flight kitchens in the world. It also manages two companies, Deli Fresh, a professional catering service provider, and Deli Delight, an online gourmet food retailer. In 2020, CPCS supplied over 4 million 687 thousand meals and handled around 16,900 flights to more than 49 global carriers operating out of the Hong Kong International Airport, representing an average of 12,806 meals and 46 flights per day. CPCS was supported by 1519 employees and its resident contractors. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways. In addition to preparing authentic, mouth-watering dishes, CPCS provides logistical services in delivering food, beverages and other commissary items onto aircraft.
